- Essay files are uploaded to Firebase Storage, protected by access controls.
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Only authorized administrators and judges may access application data.
- We implement regular security audits and restrict backend access using token-based authentication.

- With scholarship judges selected by the Onteora Alumni Association.
